Hands-On Food Education
Mama K’s Community Gardening program provides practical, hands-on learning experiences in food production and sustainable growing practices. Participants learn soil preparation, planting techniques, crop care, harvesting methods, and environmental stewardship in a supportive educational environment.
Through guided activities and shared participation, individuals gain valuable knowledge about how food is grown and how sustainable practices strengthen local food systems.
Training in Community Gardening
The program promotes food literacy and community resilience by increasing awareness of local food production and access to nutritious foods. By equipping participants with practical skills and knowledge, the garden supports long-term food security and encourages sustainable practices within households and communities.
Programs are open to the public and delivered for educational and community benefit purposes.
