Mama k Ethnic Food Processing Centre is creating a local food hub for individuals and entrepreneurs to grow, process and preserve food for the local community of Edmonton and surrounding areas in Alberta. We focus on agricultural food processing and offer support and mentorship to help turn your food ideas into value-added consumable products. Our services are for supporting ethnic minorities, new immigrants, youth, women, and others who want to pursue a career in agri-food processing and adding value to foods to develop their products for the local community. One of our other mandates is to create a local food system for our community. We are committed to creating a local food system that supports community organisations in the place we call home.
